Delivery Time:
Our standard delivery time is between 4 to 6 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on factors like delivery destination.

We offer Express Delivery across the entire UK at a fixed charge (find this at checkout).

Delivery Schedule.
Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday, between 7am and 7pm (excluding Bank Holidays). We will confirm your delivery date and time in advance.

Order Tracking and Support: Once your order is on your way, you'll receive delivery informations by the drivers. You can easily monitor the progress of your delivery by contacting us. If you have any specific delivery requirements, our dedicated support team is here to assist you.

1. Easy Returns: We offer a hassle-free return process within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund promptly. It will be credited back to your original payment method.

• A 14" high footboard (if shown in the image), matching the bed frame design.

• To add extra options such as under-bed storage or an ottoman blanket box, simply select from the available options on the product page.

• Mattresses can be added by choosing from 14 premium mattress options from Soft to Extra Firm.

• Over 50 colours and fabrics to choose from, with a wide range of bed sizes available.

• Storage options available include drawer beds and ottoman lift-up beds.

Before checkout, you’ll also have the option to leave us a note with any special instructions.
